Installation Instructions

Flat ties, often termed as one-piece ties, are comprised of a single, continuous unit. When placed in forms, specialized holding devices are employed to secure this component effectively.

Flat ties are particularly favored for prefabricated modular form panels and are ideal for light-duty applications.

Note that flat ties are designed for single-use only. They are embedded into the concrete and cannot be extracted once the concrete has hardened.

The removal of flat ties involves breaking them at a predetermined notch, strategically placed to facilitate easy detachment.
